Executive Manager - Logistics & Dispatch Company

Hey Roger Smith provides dispatch services for auto carriers across the United States.
As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Executive Manager to oversee daily activities and optimize internal processes.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, strategic, and operations-focused leader with experience in a corporate environment
The ideal candidate is knows how to make things run smoother, and can keep the team performing at a high level!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch team
• Create, refine, and implement standard operating procedures
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet objectives
• Guide, support, and develop the team of dispatchers and administrative staff
• Collaborate closely with all departments to align operations with growth strategy
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the business
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in operations leadership or executive management (Logistics, Sales, Services, etc.)
• Solid background in corporate environments, with a focus on structure and processes!
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven experience in leading teams and optimizing systems
• Technical knowledge – CRM, analytics tools, productive software.
• Initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and a growth mindset
