Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a dispatcher
• Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role
• Previous experience with Step Deck/Flatbed trailers is required

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating driver routes
• Communicating between drivers and customers
• Monitoring shipments and solving problems that arise during transportation
• Maintaining documentation and providing customer service
• Ensuring safety and compliance
• Optimizing dispatching processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
