Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
You’ll fit right into our team if data and targeting are tools for understanding your audience, and banner copy is a way to capture attention—not just a set of words.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract targeted traffic
• Run advertising campaigns (search, display, social media)
• Regularly analyze the performance of each campaign
• Monitor and continuously improve key metrics based on analysis
• Generate and test hypotheses to increase conversions at each stage of the sales funnel
• Work closely with developers and the creative team
• Collaborate with the SEO team
• Prepare briefs for designers to create advertising banners
• Budget, control, and optimize advertising expenses

BLOCK 2. Qualifications & Key Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficient with Google tools: AdWords, Search Console, Tag Manager, Analytics
• Ability to extract actionable insights from metrics to make business decisions
• Experience creating and managing campaigns in Western markets (especially UK and MENA)
• Experience promoting websites in English-speaking markets, understanding ranking algorithms
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Preferably experienced with LinkedIn and email marketing
• Experience with Userpilot is a plus
• Experience in an advertising agency or e-commerce is an advantage
