Data Entry Specialist (starting $800)

American freight brokerage company, with a branch office in Chisinau, is actively recruiting motivated, hard-working candidates to join the team.

No experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track final delivery through to customers door;
• Operational accounting and vendor invoice review and validation;
• Check the load updates with the dispatchers/shippers/receivers;
• Enter shipment details into the internal database;
• Communicate with carrier stakeholders;
• Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback;
• Completing additional tasks as needed.

Skills / Requirements:

• Intermediate to Advanced English level;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new operating systems;
• Ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner;
• Attention to detail and multitasking;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 15:00-24:00.
