Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
