● You speak and write fluent, friendly English
● You can hold a great convo—text or voice
● You’re comfortable using social media tools and IT systems
● You’re detail-oriented, logical, and ready to dive into customer data
● You genuinely enjoy helping people and keeping things organized

What you'll be doing:
● Chatting with singles across our platform daily
● Handling support requests, solving issues, and keeping vibes high
● Helping behind the scenes with back office tasks
