We are looking for:
Customer Service Manager | 14000-18000 MDL
FCM Trading Expo in partnership with Arachas Group (USA) is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. We provide consultancy services to clients in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from clients and providing prompt assistance regarding our insurance services.
- Managing relevant information about clients and their interactions.
- Collaborating closely with the team in the USA.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the service field is NOT mandatory.
- Advanced communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, client and solution-oriented.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday, between 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
- Office: Buiucani, Chișinău.
