Customer Service Manager

Radacini Wines is a leading still & sparkling wine producer, managing over 1000 hectares of own vineyards of both international and local grape varieties in all 3 wine growing regions of Republic Moldova. We operate a state of art winery in Cricova and 3 primary processing wineries near our vineyards. The total production capacity is over 7.5 million bottles per year. RADACINI Wines is the first winery in Moldova with BRS and IFS certification.

Radacini Wines SRL - is seeking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to support growing sales operations and bring added value to the Commercial Department. If you are a dynamic, high-integrity and enthusiastic person, join an internationally recognized winery!

Responsibilities:

  • Register and monitor customer orders and assure fulfillment
  • To keep a track on the sales forecast, current stock floor, production schedule and keep the relevant functions updated
  • Prepare the drafts of the contracts and other support documents for the commercial department operation
  • Provide administrative and sales support to commercial operations and actively work towards streamlining administrative tasks
  • To assist with developing product and commercial presentations for clients
  • Assist with market research, data analysis and competitors monitoring
  • Assist with accounting functions, expenditure reports and receivables
  • Support in sending samples shipments, issuing relevant documents

Our candidate:

  • Bachelor´s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Personal assistance, administrative or back-office management experience;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Enthusiastic to learn new skills and ability to grasp large amounts of information;
  • Detail oriented and used to work within tight time-frames and under pressure;
  • Ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail;
  • Culturally open-minded with strong service oriented mind-set;
  • Good cooperation and team skills; High level of self-dependence and self-organization as well as ability to use own initiative, prioritize and plan ahead;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Romanian and Russian.
