Customer service Coordinator (speaking English)

Ultra Fog is looking for experienced Customer Service Coordinator.

The future employee will have to agree to diligent and careful work, in particular:

• Able to work alone or in a small team, you will have been working in a customer-based environment for at least two years, possess excellent English language skills both written and verbal. Any additional languages would be an advantage.
• An engineering or technical background will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite as full training will be given.
• You must be computer literate; a good knowledge of Microsoft products is essential. Ultrafog uses Microsoft Navision software in which full training will be offered to the successful applicant.
• You will be responsible to respond to incoming customer requests quickly and accurately. Following the same from initial request to final invoicing and documentation.
• You will be required to communicate with the service engineers and responsible for ensuring they have the correct information and necessary documentation in order that they can carry out their work properly.
• You will follow the delivery of spare parts to each of your clients and make sure that any parts needed for service are delivered prior to the service technicians attendance.
• Knowledge of the English is mandatory
