Content Creator & Community Specialist

Location: Chișinău | Hybrid | Full-Time

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to elevate the storytelling of two distinct but equally exciting brands:

SkyWithClass – a luxury travel agency focused on first-class experiences, and Cloud Technologies – a fast-growing IT company investing in people, innovation, and culture.

In this dual-role, you’ll drive content creation, manage social media, and foster a vibrant work culture through engaging internal initiatives and employer branding efforts.

What You’ll Do

For SkyWithClass (Client-Facing Content)

• Create and publish 2–3 high-quality posts weekly across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn focused on luxury travel, insider tips, and client success stories.
• Collaborate with the team to develop monthly content plans highlighting premium services, exclusive offers, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Maintain and update travel-related blog posts (1–3/month), including republishing Medium articles.
• Run targeted social media boosts/ads within budget and report weekly on performance.

For Cloud Technologies (Employer Branding & Culture)

• Post weekly updates across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram celebrating team milestones, tech insights, and community impact.
• Collaborate with HR department regarding internal initiatives that reinforce our people-first culture:
  -Team-building events
  -Birthday and milestone celebrations
  -Seasonal office campaigns (e.g. photo contests, wellness week)
• Coordinate in-office photo shoots and create short, engaging video content.
• Source and propose IT partnership or event opportunities in Moldova (report bi-monthly).
• Support the Management Board in executing employer branding campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication skills in English and Romanian
• Experience with social media marketing and basic graphic or video tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
• Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
• A passion for storytelling, visual content, and people culture
