Client Relationship Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our product. You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate for client needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outstanding client experiences.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Retention: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to enhance satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
  • Onboarding & Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide training on using our product effectively.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions.
  • Feedback & Advocacy: Gather client feedback to inform product development and represent client interests within internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics like client satisfaction, retention rates, and usage data to ensure ongoing success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, compliance, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

BLOCK 2. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, technology solutions, or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent English language knowledge
