Chief Accountant

YOUR TASKS:

• Maintain tax and accounting records in compliance with local legislation
• Accurately record all business transactions in 1C 8.3 based on primary documentation
• Manage payroll and employee time tracking
• Keep records of fixed assets, intangible assets, and inventories
• Prepare documentation for import and export of services
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and submit tax and financial reports on time
• Plan and optimize tax liabilities
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts; monitor and analyze variances
• Perform regular budget consolidation and financial analysis
• Produce accurate financial statements and reports as requested
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience working as a Chief Accountant
• Solid knowledge of national accounting standards, tax, and labor legislation
• Proficiency in 1C accounting software
• Experience with manufacturing companies is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using English in a professional use
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
