We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven B2B User Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in growing our user base of business owners and hiring managers in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid and organic user acquisition strategies targeting U.S.-based businesses
• Launch and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Design and test landing pages, funnels, and A/B experiments
• Identify B2B growth opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and cold strategies
• Measure CAC, LTV, and campaign ROI with clear weekly reporting
• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to optimize conversion flow

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B user acquisition for a SaaS or marketplace
• Proven results in growing a user base or customer pipeline
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
• Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion)
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Startup mindset: you test fast, learn fast, and iterate
• Experience targeting U.S.-based SMBs
• Background in remote hiring, outsourcing, or HR platforms
• Previous work in a startup or early-stage company
