B2B Sales Development Manager

Location: Chisinau, Moldova | Hybrid Work Environment

Our Headquarters is in Chisinau, Moldova, with a branch in Tbilisi, Georgia, which has been thriving for over 2 years. Besides that, we have associates and freelancers all over the world.

Currently, we are looking for a bright and diligent person for the new project, who will join our international team and create worldwide awareness of our services by making live presentations, handling the company's sales on a global scale, and providing operational support to all our customers. We welcome applications from candidates based in Moldova.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads, connecting with potential clients via phone, email and social networks;
  • Respond to sales inquiries and maintain a strong rapport with clients, meeting prospects both in the field and in-office if necessary;
  • Develop presentations, promote Tenderwell platform and its services to prospective clients globally;
  • Create a foundational sales structure by establishing templates, guidelines, and best practices for effective outreach and relationship building;
  • Expand and refine the client database by researching and targeting new market segments;
  • Recommend and execute sales campaigns and promotions tailored to client needs and interests;
  • Manage client information and communications accurately in the company’s database;
  • Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and product developments to optimize sales strategy;
  • Enhance company’s reputation by identifying opportunities to add value and promote the new product;
  • Understand DevelopmentAid’s platform and Tenderwell’s services in depth and stay current on industry trends and practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Foreign Languages, or a related field;
  • Exceptional English proficiency, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus;
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B context;
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-based sales is highly beneficial;
  • Prior experience working with an international client base;
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence;
  • Skilled in creating and delivering professional, impactful presentations;
  • Able to conduct in-depth online research to gather and leverage market insights;
  • Advanced computer skills, with expertise in online sales tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Ability to interpret data and create statistics to drive development, measure user engagement, abandonment, and conversion rates, using available tools and statistics;
  • Capable of building a structured approach to sales from the ground up, including the development of guidelines, email templates, and a reliable sales process tailored for B2B;
  • Able to expand the existing client database by studying and analyzing the target market;
  • Innovative, proactive, and self-driven with a strong motivation to grow in an independent role and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
