Application Manager (D365 Finance, HR & Lucanet)

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Application Manager (D365 Finance, HR & Lucanet) to work with our International Partners. what you will be doing:

• Support and further development of our applications (D365 Finance, Abacus HR, Lucanet)
• Independent handling of service requests and coordination of external partners
• Ensuring stable operations and monitoring performance
• Implementation of changes and active participation in projects
• Training and support of users – clear, solution-oriented, and on equal terms
• Close collaboration with business units and stakeholders
• Participation in budget planning and resource management
• Automation with Power Platform & Copilot Agents

what we are looking for:

• You're a motivated person with training in IT or a technical field or comparable experience.
• Professional experience in application or service management.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of D365, Abacus, Lucanet, and ITIL is a plus but not a must.
• Openness to new tools like the Power Platform or Copilot Agents — or even first practical experience with them — rounds off your profile.
