AI Engineer (50, 000 - 60, 000 MDL)

Role Overview:
As our AI Engineer, you’ll work on our insights engine. Turn messy sales processes into measurable coaching.


What You’ll Do:
- Build the quantitative evaluation loop

- Instrument with Helicone

- Automate improvement with LangGraph/LangChain

- You'll ship weekly interactions that directly impact the revenue of our clients

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of AI engineering
- Deep hands-on experience with LangChain (or comparable agent orchestration frameworks)
- Deep hands-on experience with LangGraph
- Proficiency in NLP evaluation libraries (Evaluate, rouge-score, bert-score)
- Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, including function-calling and rate-limit strategies
