Your responsibilities:
- Manage calls from Drivers and Brokers after hours, offering solutions or direction
- Provide timely updates and solve issues related to operations, including loading/unloading, routing, and more
- Work night shifts Mon-Fri, 24:00-8:00, 08:00-16:00
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experienced in dispatch (preferred)
- Ready for night shift work in a fast-paced setting
