Accounts Receivables Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Monitor and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices;
• Review and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies;
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments;
• Collaborate with the sales/production team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of invoices;
• Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers;
• Manage and maintain customer data in the company's accounting data base;
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must);
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred (recommended not a must);
• Experience with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills;
• Precise attention to detail;
• Comfortable working with colleagues in team focused environment;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
