Wireless product manager

Based in Huawei Moldova, You will be responsible for marketing work of Huawei Products with focus on master operators in Moldova. You will be responsible for cooperate with them on every level, promote their faithfulness to the company, extend company market quotients in Moldova market;

Responsibilities
-Conduct market research and customer surveys on RAN products
-Initiate product development/improvement/customization base on market need
-Competitor’s technology analysis and product benchmarking
-Product marketing strategy considering market trends, customer and competitor moves
-Design service product portfolio and define 1-2 years roadmap
-Product responsibilities (input for customer requirements, generates new product concepts, develop/update product description, draft development plan and ensure delivery on time)
-Technical Sales support to Sales and Bid manager (Tenders, Customer meetings, customer queries, generation of the SoC to customer spec)
-Creation of Value Proposition/arguments for offerings and products
-Create and update all standard documentation for products (product description, selling proposals and marketing material)
-Ensure Huawei solution compliant local specifications by draft spec review and discussion with customer

Qualification requirements

•General knowledge of telecom field, deep understanding of telecom industry, and market operating rules.
•Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.
•Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills.
•Quick perception in knowledge of new fields.
•Knowledge of BP/AP (Business Plan/Application Plan)
•Market and technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities
•Understanding customer business and organization process and how to contribute to customer’s success
•Minimum of master degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
•Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (engineering, marketing, researching, standardization).
•Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
•Must welcome challenges.
•Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
