Requirements/Skills:
A minumim of the following is required:
- Understanding the design issues and objectives of a project, and be able to come up with a design vision that is clean and user-friendly;
- Responding to constructive feedback from the team, other designers, or internal clients;
- Designing sites that work across multiple browsers and in conformity with the latest usability guidelines;
- Knowledge of fireworks, flash and corel draw;
- Willingness to learn;
- Good communicator and team player;
- Good command of English;
- Internet user;
- Available to move in Chisinau.

Advantages:
- Understanding of HTML and CSS, javascript knowledges are a plus;
- Strong attention to details;
- Good knowledge of design trends and usability guidelines.
