Web Components Team Leader
in our Bucharest-based Java development team

What would you do?
You will
- be responsible for the development, managing and leading of a small development team;
- participate in the design and development of web applications;
- become involved in the full application development lifecycle.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.

If you have:
- Either 3-5 years minimum experience as a Java Developer (Server side);
- More than 2 years leadership experience for three to five developers;
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages;
- Basic knowledge of common web Technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript);
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Experience with working in a Linux environment.

Would be a plus:
- Good ability to speak and understand German;
- Experience with Java client development (SWT, Swing );
- Experience with writing C++ Applications for Windows, also with non-Microsoft Libraries (MFC, COM, ATL): Qt or Gtk;
- First-hand experience with various runtime environments (.Net/Mono, Silverlight, AIR);
- Experience with Java client development (SWT, Swing ).
