HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Warehouse Manager
Company Overview: International retail company with over 27 stores located in Moldova.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER


Position overview: This position is directly subordinated to Country Manager in Moldova and the CEO of the group in Romania.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Receiving from supplier’s products supplied by them, based on orders sent, contracts and invoices signed by the company;
 Organizing, ensuring watch and safety goods entered into warehouse;
 Verifying receipt of goods, existing identification data and retrieval, and the data submitted in their accompanying documents, and the correlation with the requirements specified in the contract;
 Sending goods in the stores, and commodity grouping by size in order to load capacity the transport;
 Responsible for the integrity of stock merchandise according to documents input / output and storage chips;
 Administrate all documents in accordance with the procedures existing
 Participate to unsealing transports and physical control of goods in customs;
 Seal transport after physical check by collaborator customs;
 Daily coordination process for work the subordinate team;
 Performance evaluation of each employee subordinate;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Similar experience in warehouse, logistics, preferably - retail segment
• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or any similar field
• Proven success in budgeting, staff management, reporting, working experience having a warehouse of goods
• English, Romanian, Russian-upper intermediate
• Multitasking, active, ability for business trips in Moldova and Romania
• Mandatory, driving experience, B category
