Responsibilities

Wait tables. Take orders without errors.
Setup service.
Be able to serve breakfast.
Be able to serve lunch.
Be able to serve dinner.
Bartending. Be able to prepare and serve drinks.
Be able to prepare and serve snacks.
Be able to serve special nights.
Help list needed supplies for restaurant.
Help go and purchase supplies for restaurant.
Help maintain storage area.
Sweep grounds as needed.
Wash grounds as needed.
Basic cleaning. e.g. Clean restaurant areas and windows as needed.
Infrastructure & Maintenance (Restaurant & Pool)
Maintain and or fix if possible.
Learn and help with pool maintenance.
Call for outside service as needed.

Tasks

Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Check on customers
Clean tables or counters
Collect payments from customers
Describe and recommend wines to customers.
Enter orders into computers
Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers
General cleaning duties
Prepare checks
Prepare tables for meals
Present menus to customers and inform about specials
Serve food or beverages
Set up dining areas
Stock service areas (coffee, food, tableware, and linens)
Wash dishes, glassware, and silverware after meals.
Write/memorize orders and relay to kitchen
