Visa Agent – UK Visa Processing

We are a UK-based company looking for a bilingual Visa Agent fluent in both Russian and English to assist clients with the UK visa application process. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service to our clients. No prior experience in visa consultancy is necessary, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Salary:
Fixed monthly salary of €500, plus an unlimited performance-based bonus of €15 per visa for every visa processed after the first 25 each month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Russian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their visa requirements.
- Provide support and guidance on UK visa options, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
- Review and verify application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates throughout the visa application process.
- Schedule appointments for visa interviews or biometrics and track application progress remotely.
- Stay informed about changes in UK visa regulations and procedures.
- Handle client information with strict confidentiality and data protection compliance.

Requirements:
- Good quality Russian and English (spoken and written) language skills are essential.
