VIP CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Qualifications:

Knowledge:
University Degree;
Knowledge of the proper etiquette and service standards;
Prior experience working in customer service;
Fluency in Romanian, English and Russian required;
Computer literate – Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power point; 1C; easy internet navigation.

Skills/Aptitudes:
Professional communications skills are required;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure;
Being clear and friendly on telephone calls;
Being courteous and helpful;
Being discrete and honest;
Being extremely well groomed and presented;
A responsible, conscientious and positive attitude is sought.
