UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences and designs for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback to deliver designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Responsibilities:
- create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
- develop web (mostly) and mobile designs for our B2B and B2C products;
- conduct user research, usability testing, identify user pain points, and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs;
- maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure coherence across products and platforms;
- participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve our products;
- collaborate closely with Design, BA, PM, and Dev teams to develop and execute design;
- stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user experience.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and process;
- strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color;
- proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and user testing tools;
- experience in user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback into design iterations;
- understanding of agile development processes and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- English - B1/B2.

Will be an advantage:
- experience in CMS platforms (we use Webflow);
- basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
- experience with animation and motion design.
