USPS Carrier Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with USPS carriers
Provide top-quality service to customers and carriers
Sell and book loads efficiently and profitably
Track and trace all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Negotiate rates and secure capacity
Communicate with carriers and clients by phone, email, and load boards
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Work closely with the dispatch and operations team
Maintain accurate data in TMS and internal CRM

What We Expect:

High-level English communication skills (Advanced required)
Experience in logistics, sales, or carrier relations is an advantage
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, organized, and results-driven personality
Phone-confident and customer-oriented
Ability to solve problems independently and stay calm under pressure

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday — 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
