Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team. As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified truck drivers to meet the growing demands of our transportation services. If you have a passion for recruiting and a deep understanding of the trucking industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open truck driver positions.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified truck drivers through various recruiting channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trucking schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to expand the candidate pool.
- Conduct pre-employment background checks and verify driving records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the trucking and transportation sector.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
Knowledge of the trucking industry, including relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage recruitment processes for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of Tenstreet is a must.
