Your Role:

Handle incoming calls and maintain accurate records in our database.
Process customer requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Redirect calls to the appropriate departments (dispatch, prepay, etc.).

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Fluent English is essential!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
