Unity Developer

Description:
Our strategic client, engaged in expanding their universe, is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join a high-tech project involving the creation of a large-scale interactive simulation environment. Details of the project are currently confidential, but we are looking for someone with deep understanding of 3D engines, strong Unity skills, and extensive experience in developing complex user interactions and realistic physics.
The work on this product involves collaboration with a team of experts from related high-precision disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants to unleash their potential in an ambitious and non-trivial task with real-world practical impact.

Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain interactive training simulator features in Unity.
Implement interfaces and tools for instructors to monitor multiple users.
Collaborate closely with 3D artists and other engineers for seamless system integration.
Optimize performance and ensure smooth cross-platform functionality.
Support mission scripting, control logic, and data visualization.
Contribute to level design and collaborate on environment modeling.
Actively contribute to Agile sprints and planning discussions.

Requirements:


3+ years of experience with Unity 3D and C#.
Strong understanding of real-time simulations, animation systems, and UI.
Experience building multi-user or networked Unity applications is a plus.
Familiarity with asset integration, lighting, and shader basics.
Knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies.
English proficiency – written and spoken.

Advantages:

Knowledge of drone mechanics is a plus, but not required.
