Ui/web designer

A progressive and enthusiastic newly established IT company based in Chisinau and linked to UK is searching for an experienced "UI/Web Designer":

Requirements:
- senior/experienced UI/Web designer
- at least 3 years of experience in industry
- experience with high-end sites custom made or CMS-based
- experience with e-commerce, web portals, 3rd party products
- a complete knowledge of storyboarding and wireframe creation
- strong HTML/CSS skills
- UI programming will be a plus, but not mandatorry (JS, jQuery, other libraries)
- knowledge of creating sites from a user's perspective using modern design techniques
- knowledge and experience with Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator
- 3D software experience is a big plus
- any games experince is highly desierable
- creating and using 3rd party templates
- project-focused attitude
- ability to work to a deadline (no "clock watchers"!)
- dedication to what is done
- good technical English
