Tutor recruiter

The Simply Learning Tuition UK Agency, established in 2008, introduces expert private tutors for all academic subjects and levels, including home schooling and international tuition. SLT is currently seeking a Tutor Recruiter. This is a full time position based in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

- Screen incoming applicants who apply by email;
- Assess the suitability of the applicants by analyzing their CVs and having the initial Skype interview;
- Present shortlist to SLT and schedule initial conversations and interviews with the London-based team;
- Create and update entries in the database of candidates;
- Manage all the information in a professional database;
- Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
- Be in charge of other occasional tasks supporting the London-based team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree;
- At least one year working experience;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills;
- Attention to details and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, with little supervision;
- Experience of working in an English or French speaking country, or in an international environment an advantage;
