Responsibilities:


Identify and secure dependable carriers to move freight efficiently
Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability and competitiveness
Dispatch trucks and monitor shipments throughout the transportation cycle
Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and receivers
Track loads, provide updates, and proactively resolve any delivery issues
Maintain accurate records of shipments, agreements, and communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations


Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
Previous experience in logistics (USA & Canada)
Proficient with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
