Truck Dispatcher (U.S. Freight Market – Chisinau Office)

We are dispatch company with operations in Chișinău, currently hiring experienced and motivated Truck Dispatchers to join our team.
We work with Reefer, Flatbed, Conestoga, Stepdeck

What You'll Do
- Negotiate load rates with brokers and shippers
- Book and schedule loads to maximize fleet efficiency
- Plan optimal routes for drivers across the U.S.
- Track shipments, solve problems fast, and maintain communication
- Keep documentation and load info organized in Alvys or similar dispatch software
- Collaborate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams

What We Expect
- Min. 6 months experience in U.S. freight dispatch
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Excellent multitasking, stress management, and communication skills
- Team player with an organized and proactive mindset
- Available to work on-site in Chișinău, Mon–Fri, 15:00–00:00 (MD time)
