The Travel Sales Consultant manages inbound and outbound leads for premium air travel, specializing in Business and First Class airline ticket sales. The role involves advising international clients and guiding them through the complete booking cycle — from initial contact and qualification to closing and post-sale support.
This is a sales-driven position operating within a structured workflow, with clear performance expectations, quality standards, and regular communication with clients across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
Contact new leads within defined time limits and follow structured sales scripts
Qualify clients by collecting all required travel details (dates, routing, cabin, flexibility, budget, preferences)
Present optimized Business and First Class flight options in collaboration with internal experts
Actively sell airline tickets and premium add-on services
Maintain continuous follow-up with clients according to internal follow-up stages
Apply approved closing techniques to convert qualified prospects into bookings
Guide clients through the checkout and booking confirmation process
Provide post-sale support related to active reservations
Document every interaction accurately in the CRM system
Consult the Team Lead on pricing, follow-up tactics, and closing strategies as required
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Ability to follow structured sales processes and strict timelines
Confidence in phone-based communication with international clients
Good negotiation and time-management skills
Ability to work night shifts
Results-oriented mindset and accountability for performance metrics
Nice to have
Previous experience in sales, call-center, or customer-facing roles
Experience in travel, aviation, or premium service industries
Experience working with high-value or corporate clients
Familiarity with CRM systems
