Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Travel Manager, you will:
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing personalized travel options.
- Offer detailed information on ticket prices, schedules, and availability.
- Make reservations tailored to customers' needs and budgets.
- Promote and sell our exclusive travel services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in English (B2+) – clear and professional communication is key.
- Strong sales and customer service skills – previous experience in travel or sales is a plus!
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- A fast learner with great time management skills.
- Availability for night shifts when needed.
- A friendly, professional phone etiquette to make every customer feel valued.
