RESPONSABILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Use airline software to search for and book flights efficiently.
Offer personalized travel options to clients, leveraging your expertise to discuss the pros and cons of different choices.
Emphasize the advantages of booking with us, including our complimentary add-on services and outstanding customer support.
Make reservations and confirm bookings accurately.
Promptly inform clients of any changes to flight schedules, services, or promotions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

REQUIRMENTS:

Excellent English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
