Do you love talking on the phone?
Are you a people person and have a great telephone demeanor?
If you said yes to all of these then this opportunity is for your! Our company is a leader in travel industry on USA market and is seeking inbound call center representatives to join our dynamic team.
You will:
Negotiate with customers on the phone
Identify and satisfy client needs
Work in reservation system Apollo
Schedule:
Flexible evening and night shifts start at 4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm, 7.00pm and 11.00pm.
Full time 9 hours/5 days per week with 1 hour flexible break.
Weekend shifts are also available.
We seek:
Knowledge and experience of the English language
Ability to convince
Ability to get in touch, maintain and close the deal
Competitive spirit/nature
You will have advantage in front of competitors if you have Sales or Call Center experience. No experience, no problem, we will train the right individuals. A charge free training of 2 weeks is mandatory.
