Travel Support Agency is looking for talented travel managers for the North American market. We provide free training and teach sales techniques. We use advanced tools in the travel and accommodation industry that will give you skills and knowledge that can be used around the world. Friendly and comfortable office plus extra perks. Responsibilities:
-You will process incoming calls and make outgoing calls on demand.
-You will process travel requests in the GDS software(have experience in AMADEUS, SABRE or APOLLO?- it’s a plus), contact customer back via email or phone call.
-You will be working in tandem with other agents in order to share and receive valuable advice.

Our requirements:
-Advanced English level.
-Evening and Night shifts availability due to time zone difference.
