Transmission Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Transmission Planning Engineer whose main activities will be planning, optimization and support of the optical, as well as microwave and networks. The incumbent in this position will be also responsible for installation & commissioning of new equipment, and managing of the NMS system for both microwave and optical networks.
Qualifications and Education:
University degree in telecommunications;
At least 1 year of relevant experience;
Computer literacy;
Experience in microwave and optical networks will be an advantage;
Good command of English, Romanian and Russian.
Competences:
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment and good analytical skills;
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
Driver’s license and driving experience are required.
Note:
This position is focused on local people of Moldova.
