Training and Development Specialist

The company:
A well-known multinational company (FMCG sector), one of the world leaders on its market

Responsibilities:
•Is responsible for providing support in developing the training & development strategy within local organization
•Is accountable for designing training programs to sustain organization development and performance as well as delivering training and coaching sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:
•University degree;
•Minimum one year of experience in a similar role; experience within an international environment represents an advantage;
•Experience in sales represents an asset;
•Highly developed communication and presentation skills;
•Very good planning & organizing skills;
•Proactive attitude;
•Good English knowledge;
•Good PC skills: MS Office;
•Driving license.
