• Ensure Promoters’ and Merchandisers’ appropriate product and sales skills in-store and group training. Bold on Products USPs and advantages in comparison with competition. Guide Promoters and Merchandisers how to reply to objections
• Ensure Partners’ FSM, Shop Administrators and Partner’s’ Purchasing Managers (or any other persons on a request basis) appropriate product and sales skills trainings.
• In order to measure the level of knowledge provide tests on a regular basis and increase attention for the subjects with less percentage of right answering
• Continuously maintain/improve relationship with FSMs and Shops Managers in order to increase their brand loyalty with the aim to positively impact the Sell Out
