Trade Marketing & Planning Manager, Chisinau

Our Client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is announcing an opening for “Trade Marketing & Planning Manager” position located in Chisinau.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop and align Trade Marketing and Channel Strategy in line with portfolio strategy and company’s objectives, to deliver consistent through-the-line brand projects and to support volume plan;
 Translate portfolio and brand strategy in consistent and detailed Trade Marketing programs and projects, setting objectives and KPIs for communication and deco universe;
 Translate portfolio, brand and trade strategy into detailed Channel Plans including trade segmentation, to ensure channel management in line with KPI’s. Monitor evolution and set corrective actions when necessary;
 Coordinate POSM development projects, starting with the collection of information and ending with their achievement;
 Act as main point of contact for Trade Marketing related projects, providing consistent and accurate information when necessary and appropriate;
 Perform audit field visits in the entire decorated universe (including HoReCa universe);
 Collaborate with agency as a team member and ensure high level of agency involvement in execution of trade plans, as well as commitment to achieve each project’s objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
 MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable);
 Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/ consumer/trade marketing within FMCG industry;
 Minimum 1 year experience in Brand/Trade Management role.

SKILL, COMPETENCES & LANGUAGES:
 Fluent English;
 Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
 People management skills;
 Project management skills.
