TRADE MARKETING MANAGER SENIOR

Main responsibilities:

* Develop Company Trade Marketing execution plan based on long-term Commercial strategy
* Establish high level market execution standards for Sales team
* Develop channel specific trade marketing programs
* Manage overall trade marketing team performance, develop people
* Build cross-functional relationships to improve Company business results

Requirements:

* University degree – preferably in Marketing
* Related work experience – at least 3 years
* Strong analytical, communication, organizational and leadership skills
* Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize tools
* Fluency in Russian and Romanian, good command of English
* Excellent PC Skills
