TrackEnsure Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

Help drivers and office staff use TrackEnsure ELD, Admin Panel, and CRM.
Answer questions by phone, chat, and email.
Explain U.S. Hours‑of‑Service (HOS) rules.
Set up driver, truck, and company profiles in TrackEnsure.
Keep short guides and FAQs up to date.

Requirements:

Proven experience with TrackEnsure (Admin Panel + internal CRM).
Good understanding of U.S. HOS rules.
ELD tech‑support background is a plus.
Advanced English and Russian (spoken & written).
Calm, patient, and ready to multitask during busy hours.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 15:00 – 00:00 (GMT +3)
