Test automation Lead

Requirements:

General qualification:
• A relevant IT qualification and two years IT experience
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Good verbal and written English skills

Software testing skills:
• Overall software testing experience
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of different test types, methodologies and process
• Understanding and using black-box or white-box testing
• Knowledge and understanding of software test automation concepts
• Building test automation frameworks
• Maintaiance of test automation scripts
• Building a software test automation team
• Building and setting new processes from scratch
• Reporting to stakeholders and management
• Managing and analysis test automation results
• Coordinate test automation team
• Define test automation approach and strategy
• Ability to optimize and continuous improve test automation

Technical skills:
• Java
• XML
• Xpath
• SQL
• VBScript

As a plus:
• Experience in support or development of multi-layer Web applications is a plus
• Tibco Business Works
• Knowledge of Oracle
• Test automation on QTP and (or) SoapUI
• Test automation of web-services and jms messaging
• Unix
