Technical Writer
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy person looking to make their mark in rapidly growing company.

Responsible for:
- Writing and editing technical documentation for developed products.
- Develop & update online HTML Help.
- Present and efficiently communicate to the end-user the Product & Training Documentation (that must be well written).
- Create, update and enhance the documentation as well as to be adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Working closely with both, Development & Support Departments.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organization, communication and writing styles.
- Possess English language at highest level both written and spoken.
- Be able to grasp complex software, learn quickly and work within tight deadlines.
- A can-do attitude, mixed with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Author IT is essential.
- HTML and Technical Writing experience is required.
- Experience with Imaging Software (Corel Draw, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro) for screen capturing and editing its content is essential.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects.
- General functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas are desired: Finance, Media, Telecommunications, Inventory or Software Documentation.
