Technical Writer

Function:
- Drafting and keeping up-to-date various technical documents about our processes and software.
- Describing processes, functionalities, etc… in the light of the target group (internal users, customers, etc…) in order to provide users with good, practical-oriented documentation.
- Working in close co-operation with the Analyst Programmers and Product Manager during the design phase in order to get to know the product better.

Profile:
For this function we are looking for a dynamic person that takes initiative and can work alone as well as in a team.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in writing documentation in English.
- An excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written) is necessary. Knowledge of additional languages is certainly an asset.
- Knowledge of MS Word, redaction tools, desktop publishing software, etc... is necessary.
- You have an interest in new software technologies.
- You have the ability to understand complex issues and transform them into accurate, user-friendly documentation.
- You have good communication skills and the ability to interact closely with the development team.
- You can work independently and according to planning.
- You always strive to deliver a finished product to the customer.
