TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD (1500$ - 2000$)

ICS SolvelT Software SRL is an Australian company specialising in enterprise software solutions for supply & demand optimisation. Our customers are large mining and manufacturing corporations in Australia and overseas. We are seeking an individual experienced in Java programming.technical problem resolution and managing software teams. The position will allow you to bring advanced research concepts in computer science together with real-world business problems. You will manage software implementation projects that typically involve the configuration of optimisation/prediction platforms for large companies.

Duties include:

Analysing business requirements from a technical perspective and working out solution approaches for them.
Managing and leading a team of software engineers and developers.
Creating work packages for computer programmers.
Writing Java code to contribute to the development of software applications.
Managing documentation, issues registers and other client-related communications.
Interacting with representatives of our client companies to collect requirements, evaluate and fine-tune software prototypes and resolve issues.

Mandatory requirements are:

Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology
Proficient in Java Programming.
Proficient with Java Swing.
Proficient in JDBC.
Experienced in leading a software development team.
