TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

The company:
R&D office of the International Company, provider of communications products and services

Responsibilities:
•Resolving customer complaints
•Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Qualifications & Experience:
•Engineer/Practical Engineer in Electronics/Computers
•Experience in the support of communication systems arena
•Experience with TCP/IP networking protocol – Mandatory
•Experience of Sniffer analysis.
•Readiness to fly outside Moldova (Europe and Africa)
•Good communication skills and teamwork, flexible.
•Fluent English mandatory
•Experience/knowledge of troubleshooting in RF systems – will be a plus
